We ship 1-2 workdays after the purchase. The tracking number will be sent right after we shipped the order. For issues reguarding your package, contact us through Whatsapp with the button in the bottom right corner or send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will solve any type of problem.
As soon as your order is handed to Bartolini or DPD, you will receive an automated e-mail from BRT NoReply with the planned date and time of delivery, we kindly ask you to read that e-mail. Inside the e-mail you will also find the link from which you can track your order directly from the BRT website in real time. You will receive another e-mail once the package is about to be delivered.
Change day of delivery
In case you were not able to accept the delivery on the planned date and time of delivery, we kindly ask you to reprogram the day of delivery; you can do that by clicking the same link you use to track your order, you can select a new date and time (morning or afternoon) that will suit you, BRT will receive your information and will deliver on that date.
Bartolini will try to deliver the package to your adress twice, if the delivery should fail both times it will be put in the BRT storage closest to the adress you indicated. Once this occurs we will call you to decide a new delivery date, a new adress or if you prefered to pick up your order yourself.We will take care of the practices.
Shipping of eventual return
